Dear Reader,
Yesterday I was driving and, while performing a tight curve, an item fell from my dashboard. Suddenly I got angry, but with enough presence to remind me that losing temper while driving can be a dangerous habit, so I took a deep focusing breath and directed my attention back to driving.
Somehow, somewhere, something clicked in my mind, and I realised what I had always known: everything falls! Objects fall. Governments fall. People fall, metaphorically and physically. Planets fall. Light falls (and I was lucky to meet professor Rebka, who together with Pound demonstrated the fact experimentally). Space-time itself falls unto itself! Everything, ultimately, falls and ruins.
It seems that falling is the primary job of our Universe, it is woven into the ultimate fabric of reality.
So, why are we so afraid of falling? Why are we so scared, if we know that it is in according to Nature itself?
We should be more preoccupied with climbing back up after every slip. We should be grateful for having the opportunity of proving our strength and learning something.
Time, if nothing else, will do its worst
So do me that favor
And tell me the good news firstRUSH – Good News First
Until next time, learn to pick yourself up.
